Qualifying criteria for program acceptance
Women with 5-10* years of professional experience commitment to attending 75% of group coaching sessions live.
For * exceptions are allowed but subject to approval.

and Founder and Principal, Meenakshi Iyer
NorthStar Solutions and Services LLC is a US-based, future of work-oriented Coaching, Training, and Consulting practice serving clients globally. They are dedicated to Unpacking Leadership™ at the “Messy Middle”.
They provide Group and 1x1 Coaching, Training and Mentoring to mid-senior and emerging leaders and women in technology, particularly those who speak English as an additional language.
Their five key areas of focus are: Agile Leadership, Cross-cultural Communication, Inclusive Leadership, Remote/Hybrid Leadership, and Team Effectiveness for Agile Teams
Meenakshi Iyer is an ICF-certified Personal Agility, Self and Change Leadership Coach and IC Agile certified Agile Coach. She is the Founder and Principal at NorthStar Solutions and Services LLC. She has had a 25- year portfolio career in Healthcare, IT, and HR, in India and the US.
Meenakshi is a Speaker and a certified #IamRemarkable workshop facilitator. She is the creator and host of the Annual Future of Work conference, Building My Runway Mentorship program for Women in Tech, and two livestream talk shows “Exploring Intersections” and “The NorthStar Café”.
Meenakshi holds a BS in Physics, an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering, and an Executive MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management. She is fluent in Tamil, Hindi, English and Malayalam
