I am a highly experienced non-executive director and bring 20 years of governance and audit committee experience for national and internationally listed groups.
I am a non-executive director of Bid Corporation (JSE: BID), a Top 20 South African listed group and the world’s second largest foodservice provider operating in over 30 countries. I am also a trustee director of the international SFI Health Group, a non-executive director of an UK acute NHS hospital and am Chair of the Canterbury Cathedral Audit and Risk Committee. I am also President of the INSEAD International Directors Network. I also chair the group audit and risk committee as well as the regional audit committees for the Australasia, the UK, Europe and Emerging Markets.
