Career Achievement
Proven successful implementation of branded products into new adjacent categories , driving margin growth offset against the required high volume mainstream products, ensuring manufacturing benchmarks are hit, and fixed costs are leveraged while providing higher margin more profitable products to the business. This drove ultimately a higher NPAT and a more diverse portfolio (George Weston Foods, Baking).
The recruitment of a new CEO who delivered customer and geographic expansion which the Board had been told wasn’t achievable by prior CEO. Illustrated the difference the right CEO, the right strategy and a specific, tight position description can deliver, quickly, to turnaround a business (Clover Corp Ltd.).
